I just received The Plan/Razor soundtrack in the mail! I'm loving it, which is really no shocker. The live version of Apocalypse is fantastic.

The CD booklet has a reversible cover of sorts - you can flip it to the cover of Razor or the cover of The Plan. Naturally, I chose the Razor cover as mine. Because Bill and Laura are on it :D
